Order Processing:

All orders placed through our website will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders received after 12:00 PM NZST will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes:

Standard Oven shipping is sent to your nearest Mainfreight or partner depot ready for you to pick up.

Small packages are sent to your door via courier.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):

For orders within New Zealand, we partner with reputable courier/freight services to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

Delivery timeframes typically range from 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.

Remote areas or unforeseen circumstances may result in slightly longer delivery times.

For orders completed outside of our website, we consider a sale confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit or payment in full.

No product can leave the Piazza factory without full payment received into our account unless an approved credit account has been approved. We reservice the right to discretion at any time.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

Our fees are based on delivery of the Pizza Oven to your nearest Mainfreight of MR partner depot. This is best for logistics for you to pick up the oven and have them forklift the oven onto your trailer when you are ready to bring it home for installation.

Fees include delivery to your closest Mainfreight, or MF partner depot. We can also have the freight liner drop the oven at your front gate if feasible.

Standard shipping fees do NOT include installation services. If you require installation services, please let us know and we can put you in touch with the nearest recommended HIAB specialist.

The standard shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your order.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within New Zealand or for specific international destinations. Keep an eye out for these special offers.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

RETURNS
At Piazza Pizza Ovens, we are big on research and development. We have been able to adapt our products to suit the rugged and harsh conditions that both our pizza lovers, and the climate can place on our pizza ovens.
We not only guarantee you a top quality oven, but we will stand by our products with a full manufacturers warranty for 1 year. We also provide you with helpful information about your oven and an ongoing support service.

Refunds for Services:
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site or Factory as follows: We offer a money back satisfaction guarantee to our valued customers.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Damaged goods caused by user neglect and failure to treat your Piazza Pizza Oven, Table or Accessories with due dilligence as per instructions & care procedures.
Returns:
Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): 38 Cambridge Street South Levin New Zealand.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Products will need to be returned at the customers cost for assessment/reparation at our NZ factory.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Gurantees Act 1993, the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
