For the basic home user who wants to cook for up to 30 people, we recommend our Gem Oven Range
For those who usually entertain 30-100 people we recommend our domestic Tasman Range
For entry-level commercial requirements and small trucks we recommend our Gem Commercial Gas/Wood Range, this will be suited for up to 70 Pizzas per hour.
For Medium Sized Commercial Operations we Recommend our Tasman Commercial Range with the option to step up production with the electric element in the base to ensure you have full control over your base heat when you are in peak service.
The Tasman electric gas range can produce up 200 9 inch Napolitano pizzas per hour
For those who require greater performance and higher quantities, we recommend the Pacifica XL Range.
Our domestic oven range usually comes ready to light after a simple process of placing into position.
Your oven will usually come in two lots,
1. The base, or base and table (depending on your order package)
2. The oven (on a pallet).
Your base is approximately 100kg, first place your base or table in position.
Next you will need an engine lifter to lift your oven from the pallet and up on to your base.
Next attach your flue and bolt up the flue support rod to your base with the bolts provided.
Next: follow the initial lighting instructions carefully.
Further notes:
If you have 6m clear boom access from your driveway to your oven site, you can use a small HIAB contractor to collect your oven from your nearest Strait NZ freight depot and bring your oven to your home and install the oven for you. If you live in the Wellington region, we can provide this service for you.
We are not an installation company, however we can give you advice on more complex installs if required.
For commercial clients. we do provide installation service package when electrical and gas is involved.
