Pizza Bread Topping

Mix all dry ingredients. Add warm water bit by bit, you may not need to use all the water. Your dough is better to be flaky dry than sticky wet. The more you knead it, the less flaky it becomes. Knead for 3 or 4 minutes. Texture should be smooth but not sticky. Makes about four pizza breads.
Ideal oven temperature is 280 degrees celcius. Drizzle a Tablespoon of Olive oil over the rolled out raw dough. Sprinkle the topping over the base evenly, according to desired taste. Slide it into the oven for a few minutes. Wallah!!! For your next pizza bread, try a whole new flavour by topping with Olive Oil, garlic, fresh basil, dried Oregano leaves and plenty of salt.
The Dipping Oil...
Put in a small dipping bowl two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Finely slice a few leaves of fresh basil and add to the dipping bowl for presentation.
